The terms for using samontak.com. Client projects are covered by their own signed agreement.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use samontak.com (the "site"), which is run by samontak, based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

The site describes our services and past work. Sending a brief, booking a call or receiving a proposal does not create a contract.

Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or master services agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work.

Using the site

You may browse, share links to and quote from the site for personal or business reference.

You must not misuse it: no attempts to break or test its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or send false, abusive or automated enquiries.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including our name, signature mark, design, text, code, animations and 3D work, belong to samontak or our licensors.

Client names, logos, photography and campaign material are shown with permission and belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use them.

Your submissions

When you send us a brief or other material, you confirm you are entitled to share it. We use it only to respond to you and prepare a proposal, and treat it as confidential.

Results and accuracy

Results quoted on the site come from real past projects. Every brand, market and budget is different, so they illustrate what we have achieved and are not a guarantee of future results. We keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is and may change without notice.

Other websites

Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including indirect loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, and what the site stores on your device in our cookie policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.

Governing law
